Continuing with the corset belt trend this season and continuing my collaboration with Spot 86, this outfit features their corset belt in red. If you’re like me and you’re not a huge fan of wearing outfits in unexpected color combinations, adding a pop of color in your neutral outfits may be enough. I wore this belt over a very simple all-white outfit featuring a shirt dress from H&M (similar here), jeans from Frame and my cinderella heels from Public Desire. I love how the belt gives the look a more structured silhouette. You can wear it in the front to have a traditional corset look, or wear it like I wore it back-to-front to show off that lace-up detail. As some of you know, I come from an acting background so I always like to incorporate characters into my outfits. This one has some serious Moulin Rouge vibes going on. Guess what’s coming up soon? Jackie Brown…
Adding a pop of color to your outfit is one of the easiest ways to make something simple look a little more interesting. There are literally endless ways to do it, so why not do it with a punchy belt that draws even more attention to your waist? Thanks Spot 86 for this collaboration
